Are you looking for a bit more of a special venue for your corporate or private functions in Hoedspruit?

We might just be what you are looking for. Our main function venue is a large open-air venue next to the Blyde River looking up at the majestic Drakensburg escarpment.

This open-air venue has ample space for up to 180 guests seated on concrete floor space next to the river or up to 250 guests on the lawn.

Standard venue hire includes venue clean up before and after functions. The venue also includes standard tables and chairs for guests, basic lighting setup, generator with 5L extra fuel and unisex bathrooms. We can offer catering, and the menu is dependent on your selection and budget. There are no self-catering facilities available at the venue, but arrangements can be made. We have an in-house events planner, Lenteblom Events; they can assist you with all options from décor to catering. You are welcome to use your own caterers and coordinators; we will assist them during venue inspection and walk-through to ensure everybody has what they need to make your function happen.

There is a built-in bar area, and we can offer a cash bar service with standard options.

As always arrangements can be made to suit your needs if you require something different or have specific ideas in mind.

The secondary venue is in the Blyde Adventure Camp and is more suited to smaller functions that require full self-catering facilities.

This venue is next to a 700-year-old Baobab tree with a private lawn, Lapa and fire pit. This venue is suited to groups of up to 50 people seated. There are bathroom facilities available and electricity.

Both venues have secure parking for all guests. Our standard venue us is from 08h00 to 24h00, but arrangements can be made if you require something specific.
